The Moral Compass or the Cursor of God?

When he was about 9 years old, a strange structure appeared on a familiar and friendly spot he had played and picniced upon when he was a child. Gone was the on again/off again fountain and wishing well in front of the Theological College. In it's place an unusual triangular shaped structure of glass (mainly) and steel. The same light green color of the glass (mainly) and steel that dominated the college behind it. It had no apparent practical purpose, too small to house classrooms or serve as an addition to the library beneath it.

Nearly a dozen year earlier, a man walked by that very spot. An ordinary man of middle age, but accompanied by a pair of large and fierce looking black dogs. Leashed by slender yellow ropes to a pair of much smaller, (and not at all fierce looking) puppies of the same breed.

"Hi", she said with a dazzling smile, "Do you remember me, I recognize you by your dogs".

What kind of triangle? A or B?
